Langford Welcomes New CEO, Ben Richards
Langford Support Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Ben Richards as our new Chief Executive Officer.
Ben joins Langford with more than 20 years of diverse leadership experience, beginning his career in the Australian Army and extending into senior executive roles within the not‑for‑profit sector.
His background includes leading complex operations, driving organisational strategy, managing risk, and delivering innovative programs that create meaningful community impact.
Most recently, Ben served as Chief Operating Officer at Workskills Tasmania. He also continues to contribute to the sector as a Board Director with Amplify Alliance Australia, reflecting his strong commitment to improving outcomes for individuals and communities.
