NDIS Participant and Family Member Surveys are now open!
Our first 2026 NDIS surveys are officially open, and we’re inviting the NDIS participants we support—and their family members—to share their experiences.
Your feedback helps us understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve. We’ll use it to identify what support our teams need to continue delivering high‑quality, person‑centred services.
Both surveys close on Monday, 2 February.
Once these surveys are complete, we’ll begin collecting feedback from children and young people in our CYS program.
We’ll also seek insights from our broader network of support professionals, including Support Coordinators, Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners, allied health practitioners, and other service providers.

What’s New in the 2026 Surveys?
This year, we’ve updated both the content and the delivery of our surveys.
We’re asking more detailed questions and aligning the structure with the NDIS Quality and Safety Framework. This helps us capture meaningful insights across key areas of service quality.
We also recognise that participants and the important people in their lives often have different needs. Each group will receive a tailored survey designed to gather the most relevant and useful feedback.

Strengthening Active Support
Our Support Workers have received additional guidance to ensure the supports they provide reflect the survey principles of choice, respect, accessibility, privacy, and safety.
Your feedback plays a vital role in helping us continue to improve and uphold these values.
Completing The Survey
Family Members and the important people in the lives of the NDIS participants we support will be contacted with a link to complete the survey online.
The NDIS participants we support will be provided with a paper copy of the survey during their supports with us.
