Wellbeing Programs

Activities to make your brain and body feel good.

Our programs can help your brain and body feel good.

You could try a new activity like Ten Pin Bowling or Swimming or use the kitchen to learn some cooking basics.

If you’re working towards a wellbeing goal, come along to a Wellbeing Session and use the space or equipment at the Community Hub to make it happen.

You’ll meet new people and build friendships along the way.
