Dylan visits Bruny Island

Langford Participant Dylan recently achieved his goal of spending two nights on Bruny Island. It was Dylan’s first holiday in many years, and his first time supported by Langford to take a holiday. 

In the weeks leading up to the trip, Dylan was supported by his Langford team to research where to go on Bruny Island, find suitable accommodation, and get packed and ready for the trip.

Dylan was joined by Support Worker Mohammed for the two-night trip. They went to The Neck lookout, visited beautiful beaches and dined at a local café. During their downtime, they relaxed at their accommodation and cooked up some delicious meals.

Dylan loved his time on Bruny Island, and is already looking forward to his next adventure.

Support Worker Mohammed was recognized for his excellent work leading up to and during the trip and was a recipient of the Langford Values Award in December.
